Conference sessions are held in the conference rooms at the hotel on the 7th floor.

1 . Parking
Guests may park in our parking garage located in the back of the building (by the Louie Bossi’s Valet). At the garage entrance gate, press the button of the intercom to let the Front Desk know that they are attending the conference event. Day parking is complimentary for guests attending an event. Overnight parking is at a reduced rate of $14 for hotel guests.

Parking for the hotel (and conference) starts on the 4th Floor up to the 6th floor. Once parked, guests may take the elevator to the 7th Floor where the venue space is located. Complimentary parking is from 6am to 10pm.

Hotel information:
The Hyatt Place is located in downtown Boca Raton and is within walking distance of the best selection of restaurants Boca has to offer - many of which are located in Mizner Park (a pedestrian walk-able downtown with boutique shops, restaurants, and bars). The beach is a short walk down Palmetto Avenue.
Transportation and Location
Airports close to Boca Raton:
1. Palm Beach International Airport (30 minutes. $25 - $30 Uber)
2. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (30 minutes. $25 - $30 Uber)
To and from Airports:
Uber or Lyft are the most common means of transportation to and from the airport. There are also car services that are available as well as Taxis. A typical taxi ride from either airport will be around $65.00.
